Pembroke Pines, FL (North Perry Airport)
Dynasty Aviation is a premier flight school in south Florida specializing in training in the modern Light-Sport aircrafts. We are currently looking for a full-time instructor who’s familiar with the local busy airspace and North Perry Airport to be part of our team with a minimum of one-year of commitment.
The interview process involves three phases, preliminary, technical and the flight standardization. You will only proceed to the next phase if you meet the required standards. Our facility is the only operator in South Florida using the full digital cockpit Sling LSA and the RV-12iS which are models most candidates have little experience with, therefore our standardization process will be stricter than most.
The flight operation cost of the standardization will be $220/hr which will be waived after meeting the standards and be employed after one year. If standards were not met, or employment is terminated earlier than expected then the flight cost will be out-of-pocket paid by the employee. A $500 deposit will be required prior to the flight standardization and once meeting the standard it will be refunded fully to your first month’s paycheck.
Our current pay structure is $21/hr for both flight and ground for the first 3 months then adjusted to up to $25/hr plus a monthly bonus of up to $300 base on personal performance. Each instructor gets an average of 5-10 students within the first 3 months of employment given the instructor’s instructional capabilities. You may work as much as you like since you will be making your own schedule. We have instructors consistently exceed 100hrs work hours each month.
The job requires strong english communicating with the customers, time management discipline, follow strict company policies and maintaining the highest safety standards during flight operations. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while being both safe and efficient.
