We are searching for Certified Fitness Trainers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). Your duties include assisting new members in achieving their fitness goals by designing simple workout plans and instructing proper equipment use. Additionally, you will create a positive member experience and provide friendly, beneficial training to members and guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating class schedules, including member orientations and tailored programs
• Engaging with members about their fitness goals and instructing on equipment safety
• Promoting the Judgement Free Zone
• Being available for members outside of class times
• Greeting members and assisting with inquiries upon entry and exit
• Participating as a team player

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Punctuality and reliability essential
• Nationally Certified Training Certificate required
• CPR/AED certification (training provided if needed)
• Personal training experience preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to move freely, including lifting, bending, and twisting
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Compensation: Hourly pay, quarterly bonuses, and education reimbursement.
