• Excellent driving record and skills, with experience driving passenger vans or larger vehicles
• Ability to accurately assess customers' needs and recommend and estimate pricing from the pricebook
• Ability to travel to customer addresses and log time through mobile software
• Excellent and reliable communication skills, including SMS/Text, Email, Phone, Chat, etc.
• Ability to complete all assigned tasks reliably, organize work plans, and communicate obstacles to management proactively
• Experience installing mini-splits, split AC/Furnace systems, and heat pumps
• Ability to diagnose no-start or short-stroke comfort system failures
• Experience servicing residential and possibly commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
