Job summary

The Exercise Coach in San Diego (Scripps Ranch) is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions. You’ll help clients of all ages improve strength and fitness using our proprietary tech-guided approach, with full training provided.

No fitness experience is required, but those with personal training or group fitness backgrounds get priority; CPR/AED certification and eligibility to work in the USA are needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness is essential and drives client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong people skills and an energetic, motivating personality.
• Basic knowledge of exercise science and human biology is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results and educate clients on progress.
• Measure success by studio metrics.
• Handle client accounts, forms, credit card charges and data entry.
• Help maintain a clean, organized studio and deliver great customer service.
