Job summary

The Exercise Coach® is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach in San Diego. You will deliver one-on-one and small-group exercise instruction to clients of all ages in a modern studio environment.

The role focuses on measuring progress, providing client education, and delivering high-quality service in a busy, supportive setting. No prior fitness experience is required, but experience in personal training or group fitness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• People skills and energy to engage clients are highly valued.
• Certification and health education are helpful but not required; willingness to learn is important.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results and educate clients on progress.
• Monitor studio metrics to ensure quality and performance.
• Handle client accounts, including forms, payments, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
