Job summary

The Exercise Coach USA, LLC is hiring a Certified Exercise Coach to deliver one-on-one and small-group sessions at our Scripps Ranch studio in San Diego. You will engage clients of all ages, conduct consultations, lead workouts, track progress, and keep the studio clean and welcoming.

No fitness experience required, but prior personal training or small-group instruction is a plus; training and certification paths are provided, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness as the starting point.
• Excellent communication and professional in person and over the phone.
• Ability to engage with clients and convey energy and motivation.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients.
• Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results and educate clients on progress.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized studio and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage client accounts and process forms and payments where needed.
• Support studio operations and assist with client engagement and retention.
