Role Description The Certified Enrollment Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role supports prospective and current students through the entire enrollment process, including application assistance, placement and advising referrals, financial aid and scholarship guidance, and registration support. The Certified Enrollment Coach communicates regularly with students via in-person meetings, phone, email, and digital platforms to help them understand programs, admission requirements, and key deadlines. The role collaborates with academic advising, financial aid, and student services teams to coordinate a smooth onboarding experience and resolve enrollment issues. The coach also maintains accurate records, uses student information systems and CRM tools, participates in outreach events, and contributes to continuous improvement of enrollment processes.
