Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Certified Electrician to install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems in a manufacturing setting. You will inspect electrical components, troubleshoot with testing devices, and repair or replace wiring and equipment using hand and power tools.

The role requires supporting daily electrical maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with operators and supervisors to keep production running efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1 year prior electrical experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment, lead by example with safety, quality and productivity.
• Promote a positive culture focused on pride, ownership and accountability.
• Analytical skills/problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Provide daily electrical maintenance, repair and installation of equipment.
• Perform mechanical and preventive maintenance on plant systems.
• Assist in layout, installation, and movement of plant equipment.
• Document changes to electrical drawings.
• Support inventories of maintenance parts and tools.
