Job summary

Fastest Labs is seeking a Drug Screen Collector to provide excellent customer service while performing certified drug, alcohol, and DNA specimen collections. This role supports daily office operations, including client communications, data entry, and handling inquiries.

Full training and opportunities for advancement are provided within our expanding lab network. The position offers a flexible schedule around 25 hours per week with no nights or weekends, and a professional team environment

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, able to speak and write in English.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with office tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort handling biological specimens and cleaning supplies.
• DOT required same-gender direct observation collections for female donors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care.
• Handle calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Perform certified specimen collections (urine, saliva, alcohol, fingernail, hair) following custody protocols.
• Conduct instant/rapid screening for urine and saliva when required.
• Complete client documentation and chain of custody forms.
• Collect payments and report test results per protocols.
