North Auburn Care, a Caldera Care facility in Auburn, WA, is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our kitchen operations on-site. You will ensure sanitation, manage staff, and plan meals within budget while collaborating on seasonal menus.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered CDM license to practice in Washington state.
• Ability to taste and smell food to assess quality.
• Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English; communicates effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and maintain sanitation and infection control in kitchen.
• Delegate team members and assist with meal prep, services, and dining.
• Purchase food, supplements, and cleaning supplies within budget.
• Evaluate and provide improvement plans for dietary systems (staffing, protocol, purchasing).
• Oversee all kitchen staff.
• Participate in corporate dietary meetings to plan seasonal menus.
