Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) for the Waters of Smyrna facility in Tennessee. The role supports the Dietitian, coordinating dietary services and developing care plans to ensure high-quality nutrition and regulatory compliance.

Must hold CDM certification with at least one year in supervision within healthcare settings, and graduate from an accredited dietetic program. Excellent collaboration and knowledge of dietary regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM).
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Graduate of an accredited dietetic training course approved by the American Dietetic Association.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dietary services with other departments (Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services).
• Assist in developing policy, procedures, and dietary plans of care for residents.
• Review and revise care plans and assessments quarterly; ensure care plans guide daily dietary services.
