The role requires CDM certification, 1 year in a skilled nursing food service manager position, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs. Evening/weekend shifts and basic computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required.
• 1 year of experience in food service management in skilled nursing.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Lift and carry more than 50 lbs.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

• Prepare cleaning schedules and maintain equipment for food safety and sanitation.

• Support Registered Dietitian duties as needed.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of food purchasing/inventory.
