**Job Purpose:**

Are you a skilled food services professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Our long-term care facility is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department with precision and expertise. In this position, you'llbe responsible formaintaining the Dietary Department in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner and providing nutritionally adequate meals in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

**Responsibilities:**

As the Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Designing and organizing weekly menus for our community

- Ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations

- Conducting meticulous safety inspections of various areas and promptly addressing any concerns

- Overseeing food quality, presentation, and environmental standards

- Managing food and supply expenses within budgetary guidelines

- Coordinating food and supply orders with authorized vendors

- Providing insightful reports and recommendations to the General Manager

- Ensuring the kitchen maintains superior cleanliness and safety standards

- Supporting community sales efforts by providing catering services for various events

**Requirements:**
