Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our healthcare team at Whitfield, MS. You will oversee production and service of meals and assist with care plans and nutrition assessments.

This role emphasizes coordination with clinical staff, ensuring dietary compliance, menu planning, and accurate nutrition data management in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Certified Dietary Manager certification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• 1 year of clinical assisting with Care Plans.
• Managing nutritional data software.
• Inputting nutritional information.
• Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
• Plan and design menus keeping in mind dietary restrictions
• Prepare meals, devise food programs; offer advice on good eating habits and meal planning; monitor, supervise and record the nutritional condition and requirements of the patients
• Evaluate menus and recipes; preserve records of the patients’ nutritional status and dietary progress; and help with research.

The Role at a glance:

Compensation Range:

• $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
