Job summary

Bayview Healthcare Ltd. in Ocala, FL is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to plan, organize, develop, and oversee Nutritional/Food Services operations in a licensed facility.

The role ensures daily quality nutrition services in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment under leadership direction. The CDM will bring at least three years of supervisory hospital or long-term care experience, CDM certification, and ADA-approved dietetic training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited dietetic training program approved by the American Dietetic Association.
• CDM Certification required.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.

Primary Purpose of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager):

The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and oversee the operations of the Nutritional Services/Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our Facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Food Services Director, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Nutritional Services/Food Services Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner

Qualifications of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager):
