Job summary

A skilled nursing facility in Kingsport, Tennessee, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Certified Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department. This position is responsible for overseeing food service operations, ensuring quality meal preparation, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading a team committed to providing excellent service to our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the budget and purchasing of food & supplies, food preparation, services, and storage.
• Oversee safe and timely meal prep, including provision of meal and supplements in accordance with resident care plans. Monitor regular and therapeutic diets.
