The role emphasizes compliance, quality food service, and collaboration with other departments to ensure excellent patient care. Previous nursing home and supervisory experience are preferred, along with a Dietaty Management credential.

Qualifications

• Credentialed in Dietary Management preferred.
• Experience supervising dietary staff preferred.
• Experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, purchase, prepare, and ensure delivery of nutritious, high-quality food to residents within the approved budget
• Supervise and train dietary staff to maintain high standards of food service
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including food service operations and inventory management
