Job summary

Hadley Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead daily dietary operations, ensure nutritious meals, and drive resident satisfaction.

You will manage dietary staff, scheduling, and department workflow while maintaining compliance with food-safety regulations, and collaborate with nursing leadership. The role requires CDM credential and experience in long-term care; SERV Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• CDM credential required; SERV Safe Certification preferred.
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
