Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician required.
• Successful completion of Ishihara color blindness test.
• Excellent communication and computer skills; ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and observations during dialysis sessions.
• Maintain dialysis equipment and monitor water treatment.
• Collect and prepare blood samples for transport and run basic lab tests.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and follow Mayo Clinic policies.
