Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts or equivalent
• Experience reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics
• Leadership training or equivalent and ability to mentor others

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled maintenance guidance for designated groups
• Repair, troubleshoot and install equipment; perform routine maintenance
• Assist in development and training of maintenance staff
• Prepare work orders and requisitions; support safety programs
• Participate in budget development and cost control
• Lead and participate in safety audits and process improvements
• Support management in policy and environmental compliance
