THOM Thomas Hospitals in Charleston, WV is seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator to develop, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the outpatient diabetes program. You will lead outreach to physician practices, perform patient assessments, deliver education, and drive quality improvement while maintaining ADA certification and coordinating the Diabetic Institute.

The role requires CDCES certification and at least one year of health/fitness experience; proficiency with Excel and Word is preferred.
