Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in Parkersburg, WV is seeking a Certified Surgical Assistant to support surgeons during procedures, prepare patients, maintain sterile technique, and ensure efficient operative flow. Monday through Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday: 07:00am - 2:00pm
Position Purpose:
The Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) is responsible for delivering compassionate, safe, and high-quality clinical care in support of the oral and maxillofacial surgeons. This role requires advanced clinical competency, strong knowledge of surgical protocols, and the ability to anticipate surgeon needs during procedures. The CSA ensures efficient surgical workflow, maintains patient comfort and safety, and upholds the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
