This is a full-time, onsite position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

YOUR DAY AS A CERTIFIED DENTAL ASSISTANT

As a Certified Dental Assistant, you will coordinate and manage virtual oral health assessments (OHAs) using TeleDent and ECW systems, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently. You will assist the remote dentist by gathering medical history, dental records, and diagnostic data while conducting virtual assessments with patients. Keeping accurate records will be a crucial part of your role as you maintain patient files, track completed OHAs, and update treatment plans.

You will act as a vital link between in-person patients and the remote dentist, relaying information, answering questions, and ensuring seamless communication. Administrative responsibilities will include data entry, documentation, and record management related to virtual assessments. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations will be essential as you handle sensitive health information.
