Job summary

Wilkerson Crane Rental is seeking a Certified Crane Operator to operate tower, mobile, overhead, and hydraulic cranes at construction sites and industrial facilities. You will interpret spotter signals, position loads, and follow project lift plans with a strong emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities include inspecting crane systems, conducting routine maintenance, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and NCCCO standards while coordinating with riggers and team members.

Qualifications

• Current NCCCO certification required.
• Proven crane operating experience in construction, industrial, or marine environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cranes including tower, mobile, overhead, and hydraulic cranes.
• Interpret signals from spotters to position loads accurately.
• Inspect crane mechanisms and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor crane operations to prevent overloading or unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines.
• Complete lift reports and maintain operation logs.
