Job summary

WalbecGroup is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators and Certified Crane Operators to move materials at construction sites. You will operate a range of equipment, keep it clean and maintained, and follow safety and incident-reporting procedures.

CDL and CCO credentials are preferred, with flexibility for varied hours, weather conditions, and union membership support. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL preferred, but not required.
• CCO (Certified Crane Operator) preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Piling and sheeting experience and prior crane operation experience preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Able to work nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Union membership required or willingness to join; HR can assist.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Clean, maintain, and secure all equipment; assist with repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
