Job summary

A leading transportation construction company in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to safely operate cranes and ensure proper load handling. Candidates must possess a valid CCO Certification and ideally have at least 3 years of experience. The position includes competitive salaries, performance bonuses, and comprehensive health plans. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a drug test. This position offers opportunities for multi-state travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid TSS, TLL, and LBC CCO Certification.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a crane operator is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Operate a crane to set customer's items per instructions.
• Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms to prevent malfunction.
• Load or unload bundles from trucks or move containers.

Skills

Valid TSS, TLL, and LBC CCO Certification

At least 3 years’ experience as a crane operator

Maintain DOT physical

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of load charts and hand signals

Emergency response procedures for mobile crane operations
