Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience in contract performance oversight and procurement operations.
• Experience with CEFMS and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proven ability to gather data and prepare statistical/written reports.
• Foreign education credentials must be evaluated for US equivalence.
• Combination of education and experience may qualify.
• Time in Grade: GS-09-equivalent within 52 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide COR oversight for SAJ service contracts (Mailroom, FedEx, Leadership Development Program).
• Monitor contract compliance via QASP and certify monthly invoices in WAWF/PIEE.
• Lead Procurement Specialist for the Business Management Branch; execute GPC acquisitions.
• Generate and track accounting obligation documents; assist in budget formulation and variance analysis.
• Advise leadership on onboarding, culture integration, and retention metrics.
• Evaluate orientation processes using surveys and command-wide metrics.
• Lead Site Security Manager for CAC; administer RAPIDS and DEERS systems.
• Perform weekly audits of RAPIDS logs; retain records for at least one year.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education
