Requirements include a high school diploma with 5+ years of field experience, LADOTD certifications, strong reading of civil drawings, proficiency in MS Word/Excel, and excellent English communication while coordinating with architects,

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 5+ years' experience in construction projects.
• LADOTD certifications including Asphalt Paving, Structural Concrete, PCC Paving, Embankment & Base preferred.
• Out of State DOTD Certifications could be acceptable to LADOTD.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Office Software including MS Word and MS Excel
• Work with architects, contractors, and engineers on a daily basis.
• Communication Skills both oral and written in English
• Ability to read and comprehend civil engineering drawings and specifications
