Industrial Screw Conveyor Manufacturing seeks an experienced welder to assemble tanks, chutes, and conveyor components in our shop. You will read shop drawings and weld symbols, performing GTAW root and FCAW fill passes on carbon steel to approved procedures.

You must have 2+ years of fabrication welding, current ASME IX WPQ in GTAW/FCAW, and the ability to pass an on-site weld test. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain QC standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years fabrication welding experience on tanks, pressure-related equipment, or heavy plate.
• Current ASME Section IX WPQ in GTAW and/or FCAW on P-1 carbon steel.
• GTAW root plus FCAW fill combo test preferred (open root and uphill, 3G/4G or 6G pipe).
• Must be able to pass an on-site weld test.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Read shop drawings and weld symbols; perform fit-up.

Mansioni

• Weld tank shells, nozzles, chutes, conveyor assemblies, and structural components to WPS and drawings.
• Run GTAW root passes and FCAW fill/cap passes on P-1 carbon steel.
• Read drawings, fit up own work, and comply with QC requirements.
• Maintain current welder qualifications and participate in QC inspections.
