Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wellness programs for Long Term Care, Memory Care or Rehab patients.
• Complete assessments, care plans and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Ensure programming meets local, state and federal guidelines.
• Bring fun to residents and perform other duties as assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments to boost staff morale.
