Job summary

AdventHealth Denver is hiring certified medical assistants for clinics across Colorado. You will monitor physician schedules, room patients, take vital signs and document patient history to support timely visits.

As a CMA, you will assist with examinations, administer medications, and lead front-line staff to maintain high-quality care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies for new hires starting by November 16, along with benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related work experience or completion of AHMG Medical Assistant training/apprenticeship program.
• BLS certification required.
• Medical Assistant Certification from an approved organization required.

• AHMG Colorado Joint Replacement at Porter

• AHMG Internal Medicine at Highlands Ranch
• AHMG Gastroenterology at Parker

Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient care to ensure timely visits.

Rooms patients, takes vital signs, documents reasons for visits, patient history, and allergies, following nursing protocols. Assists physicians with examinations and procedures, maintaining open communication for quality care.

Administers medications independently and maintains competency through evaluations and quizzes. Provides direct patient care and leads front-line staff in day-to-day clinical operations.

Delegates duties to office staff, manages operational issues, and ensures adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.

Serves as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed. Collaborates with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintains high standards of care. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$20.77 - $33.23
