Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care across multiple NJ locations. The role offers full-time and part-time positions with PPE provided and variations in shifts including day, overnight, and weekends.

Short visits pay at a higher rate, and BAYADA emphasizes a supportive, community-focused work environment. Applicants should have at least one year of work references, an active HHA license, reliable transportation, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work references in any field (Newly certified welcome).
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the board.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and range of motion/exercises.
• Transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices as needed.
• Assist with oral feeding and bathing.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Support home management tasks (laundry, meal prep, bed making).
• Assist with ambulation and medication administration.
