External Job Description

• Provides personal caregiving services according to an established care plan
• Assists with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepares meals and manages special diets
• Performs general housekeeping activities
• Administers medications as trained and delegated by a nurse, with proper certification
• Provides passive range of motion exercises with current credentials and training
• Assists with taking vital signs for informational purposes
• Provides transportation assistance and compassionate companionship
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
