Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State of Arizona caregiver certificate.
• Provide non-clinical direct personal care in a residential setting.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as outlined in the service plan.
• Maintain safe environment and monitor for hazards.
• Document incidents and care provided.
• Assist with meals, dining room assistance, and feeding as needed.
• Escort residents, coordinate internal transport, and deliver mail.
