Schedule:

  • Sunday - Thursday - 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Position Overview
  • Perform duties per established standards and methods
  • Ensure residents' privacy, respect, and dignity
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions
  • Maintain residents' physical comfort, safety, and mental well-being
  • Assist with daily care tasks: toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, responding to calls
  • Participate in training and departmental meetings
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate core values: Love, Kindness, Honesty, Goodness, Fairness, Respect
  • Complete state-approved medication training, first aid, and other applicable certifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must be able to read and write English.

Previous healthcare experience preferred.

  • Attend monthly in-service education as required
  • Knowledge of resident care procedures and techniques

Understand standard techniques for personal care and equipment maintenance.

Know universal precautions to prevent infection and contamination.

  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents

Effective communication skills in English are required.

Provide maximum resident care within delegated tasks, using good judgment to recognize changes in condition.
