Job summary

The Ranch Estates of Tucson is seeking compassionate Resident Care Assistants to join our caring team. You will provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and comfort in a warm, family-like environment.

Full-time and PRN positions available. Certification by a state-approved program and ability to read, write, and speak English are required. We offer PTO, daily pay, health/dental, 401K match, life and disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Certification by a state-approved program, if required.
• Good physical health and ability to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care with dignity, choice, and individuality.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain professional demeanor and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow safety and infection-control procedures.
