Job summary

MorningStar Senior Living in Phoenix is seeking a Certified Caregiver & Med Tech to care for residents in a senior living community. Roles include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining residents' privacy and dignity, and partnering with a caring team.

Positions available as FT, PT, and PRN with schedules from early morning to night shifts. Valid AZ caregiver certification is required. The company emphasizes culture, servant leadership, and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Caregiver Certification in the state of AZ.
• State-approved medication administration training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must read and write English.
• Monthly in-service education within the community.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents; follow written and oral directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide loving care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Build relationships with residents while maintaining privacy, dignity, and safety.
• Report unsafe conditions and assist with daily care tasks (toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, mobility).
• Attend monthly in-service meetings and trainings.
