Clarendale of Chandler in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Arizona Certified Caregiver (Full Time) to provide high-quality personal care to residents, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and mobility support, while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Current Arizona state certification for caregiving.
• 1–2 years in senior living care with caregiver experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification and Fingerprint Clearance Card required or able to obtain.
• Food Handler’s Card required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height/weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents at mealtimes and encourage eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, Department Heads and Director of Resident Services as needed.
• Provide activities as planned or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
