Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate Certified Caregivers to provide personal support in various locations in Washington. The ideal candidates will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include administering medications, preparing meals, and providing companionship. Candidates should possess a valid HCA or CNA license, alongside effective communication skills and the ability to work independently in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).

External Job Description

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Range
