All Ways Caring HomeCare in Renton, WA is hiring a Certified Caregiver to provide in-home care tailored to each client's needs. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations; Nurse Delegation certifications when required.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs per guidelines.
• Mantains accurate communication and reports changes to care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home

• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned
