Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support in Arlington, WA. The role focuses on compassionate, dependable care for clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities include ADL support, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, alerts to client condition changes, and transportation assistance. CNAs/HCA licensed candidates are preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations when required.
• Makes accurate communications and records changes in client condition to the care team.

• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Makes accurate communication and records changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually)
• Ability to meet BCCU background check requirements
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
