Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking AZ Certified Caregivers for full-time overnight shifts from 10p to 6a to care for residents in our Tucson communities. You will build meaningful relationships while executing care plans and ensuring safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, weekend availability, and a strong work ethic with attention to paperwork and documentation. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• AZ Certified Caregiver required.
• 1 year of caregiver experience in assisted living, memory care or home care is ideal.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork and record-keeping.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Good assessment skills for resident needs.
• Interest in learning and growing skill set.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in our communities.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Follow care plans and ensure safety and comfort.
• Document observations and report changes promptly.
