Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to help seniors with daily living activities and to create a safer, brighter daily experience for residents. You will provide hands‑on support that makes each day safer, brighter, and more meaningful.

You’ll observe residents, follow individualized care plans, and contribute to a safe, supportive living environment while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. We offer competitive wages and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience as a caregiver in assisted living, memory care or home care setting.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Great assessment skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
