Job summary

Rehab at Scottsdale Village Square in Maricopa County, Arizona, is seeking a compassionate Certified Caregiver to join our team. You will provide direct care, support residents with ADLs, and help maintain independence and dignity in daily life.

Responsibilities include developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team, keeping accurate records, assisting with meals, and promoting safety and engagement in activities, while upholding the highest standards of resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Currently certified in BLS and CPR.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).

As a Certified Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

About the Role:

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
• Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Participating in resident activities and support group sessions
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents safely and comfortably
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required)
