All Ways Caring HomeCare in Sunnyside, WA is seeking compassionate Certified Caregivers to deliver personalized in-home care. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility support, and companionship in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements (BCCU).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal caregiving services in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administer medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
• Assist with passive range of motion activities when credentialed.
• Offer limited support with vital signs per guidelines.
• Maintain communication and report changes to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.

External Job Description

Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home

• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients
• Prepares meals and assisting with special diets
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations, including completion of Nurse Delegation Core and/or Nurse Delegation Diabetes certifications when required
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed and trained
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only, in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the appropriate care team
• Other duties as assigned

• Pay Min USD $23.79/Hr.
• Pay Max USD $27.53/Hr.
• USD $23.79 - $27.53 / Hour
