Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide in-home care in Mill Creek, WA. You will assist clients with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and medication administration as permitted by state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when properly credentialed.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
