Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Know residents and provide care based on their service plans
• Assist with daily activities, meals, and social engagement
• Communicate effectively with clinical leadership about resident needs
• Care for residents with dementia using appropriate approaches

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license in good standing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to undergo additional training as required by state
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
