The position offers structured training, ongoing clinical mentorship, and opportunities to advance within a growing cardiac services team. Hybrid option in Tampa, FL or fully remote within the United States, with compensation $50,000–$65,000 annually plus overtime where required.

Qualifications

• Certifications in rhythm analysis or EKG tech required (CRAT/CCT/CET).
• 3+ years healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or life sciences experience or relevant clinical coursework.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ambulatory ECG recordings and validate automated findings.
• Identify cardiac rhythm abnormalities and document urgent/clinical findings.
• Prepare Holter reports for physician review with clinical accuracy.

The Opportunity

We're expanding our cardiac monitoring team and seeking motivated, detail-oriented Cardiac Technicians who are passionate about clinical excellence and patient care.

In this role, you'll analyze ECG recordings, validate findings, identify cardiac rhythm abnormalities, and prepare accurate, high-quality Holter reports for physician review. Your work will directly support clinical decision-making and our commitment to timely, reliable cardiac monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze ambulatory ECG recordings, validate automated findings, and identify cardiac rhythm abnormalities.
• Recognize, document, and elevate urgent or clinically significant findings according to established protocols.
• Perform quality assurance and prepare accurate, comprehensive Holter reports for physician review.
• Maintain high standards for clinical accuracy, productivity, and report turnaround.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient confidentiality, and clinical documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical team members and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Continuously develop ECG interpretation skills and clinical knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT), Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT), or Certified EKG Technician (CET) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or life sciences, OR relevant clinical coursework.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interest in cardiac rhythm analysis and clinical diagnostics.
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain quality.
• Comfortable using digital clinical systems and collaborating with remote teams.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in Holter monitoring, cardiac telemetry, ECG analysis, or related cardiac diagnostic services. Backgrounds as a telemetry technician, Holter scanner, EKG technician, RN, or EMT are particularly relevant.
