Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Cardiac Event Monitoring, Mobile Cardiac Telemetry or Holter.
• CRAT/CCT certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong computer proficiency, including ECG software experience.
• Knowledge of cardiac terminology and related clinical practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, analyzes, and processes ECG data to generate technical analysis and reports for IDTF physicians.
• Reviews ECG data and findings for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicates and notifies based on clinical criteria and procedures.
• Maintains high levels of quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Recommends improvements to quality and efficiency.
• Follows all company and departmental policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SafeBeat Rx is seeking a part‑time Certified Cardiac Technician (ECG Analyst) to support Mobile Cardiac Telemetry and Holter monitoring studies at our Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility in San Rafael, CA. This remote position requires candidates to provide limited on‑site support as needed. The role involves analyzing ECG data, generating reports, and ensuring high‑quality patient monitoring services.

Responsibilities

• Receives, analyzes, and processes ECG data through software to generate technical analysis, notifications, and reports for IDTF partner physicians.
• Review ECG data, notifications, and findings through analysis software for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate, report, and notify based on clinical criteria and operating procedures.
• Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintain performance standards and recommend additional improvements in quality or efficiency.
• Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of previous experience with Cardiac Event Monitoring/Mobile Cardiac Telemetry/Holter.
• CRAT/CCT certification required.
• Knowledge of procedures, software, communication practices, and ECG analysis practices required for mobile cardiac telemetry.
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
• Strong computer proficiency, including ECG software experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiac/cardiology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team player.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy; ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Nice-to-haves

• 5 or more years of experience is preferred.
