Job summary

RADgov Inc. in Lansing, Michigan is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and documentation for complex initiatives.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to capture and validate business needs, translate them into clear user stories, and ensure acceptance criteria are well defined. You will apply Agile/SCRUM practices, manage the backlog in Azure DevOps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users.
• 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirements documentation.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile methodologies / SCRUM ceremonies.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools (Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.).
